Thanks Per! Good advice. Clean is definitely a different feel.

Good intro riff. I like the "siren" riff on the bridge too. Vocals will get it an A++.

This is my experiment with "clean" tones". Rhythm tracks use the David G Burns Wht Marshall with guitar volume rolled way down. I'm really digging that profile BTW. Solo uses TAF Fender Deluxe. This is kind of a flip-flop since rhythm is crunch and the solo is clean. I never really played clean like this before and it was a challenge not to dig into the strings to hard, and balance my picking with the compressor.
Bass is way up but drums are a tad wet I think.

I hate to say it but sounds like you nailed down a new song for Robert Palmer. You just need the monochrome chics for the video.

Did you also update Rig Manager? What version do you have?

DLY+REV is in the Rig settings.

Is it for sale yet?

I didn't hear anything similar to rap
It was banned for supposedly repeated F words. Rap uses profanity. You can google about it. ]
I came across this while studying Eddy Duchin's piano playing technique which was unique for the time. (1930s).

Might be the first rap song ever done because it was banned in the UK in the 30's. I'm reading about Eddy, BTW.

Trem stop? Worst piece of equipment ever.
Foam goes inside of what? You shouldn't have spring noise on a trem that is setup correctly. IME, noise comes from the attachment ends of the springs when all tension is removed from the spring. A proper setup does not allow that to happen.
I use trem-stops on two of my floating FR bridges. If a string pops then the others stay in tune. And I don't have a tech with a spare guitar waiting backstage.
If I don't want spring noise then...
-
I use anything from 2 (with a trem-stop) to 4 due to my heavy hand. I always put a thin roll of foam inside to get rid of spring noise.

Like musicmad said. The drums need to be way more up front and thumping. Otherwise, nice play.

I assume he means the riff at 7 seconds. It's fast for me too. All else is good.

Trust me. You are better off with a computer. Much less space and you can even play games on it or browse these forums. I bet that went for $10,000 back in 1970s.

Updated first post with some new profiles.
Thanks!

Marshall amps always seem to work no matter how many people perceive certain models as "not desirable".

Delete, delete, delete. I personally have about 500 too many in my profiler. I need to do some house cleaning.

You may have messed up the global settings somewhere. It's happened to me before. A "global init" reset may have been all that was needed to get it back. You can try that next time if it goes out of wack again.

I'm surprised how much I liked the P90 with gain. I would have never thunk it. The 81 always sounds good with the heavy stuff.
