Great progress BayouTexan ! Definitely concur with the others this is your best mix yet. Keep on pushing forward.
Thanks Per ! I continue to inch closer to Nirvana.

If you only had one choice of OD/Distortion Pedal to use with all your different amps, (Fender, Vox, Marshall, Mesa, Peavey, etc. etc. etc.), which one would you get?
Assume you would use it on every amp you came across and it would be welded to your pedalboard. Kemper Stomps and or plugins not included.
I’m referring to monitor outs. Not main outs
I believe same signal (it's a monitor) unless you turn off cab sim. Stick your ears in and find out for yourself. Just make sure "monitor" volume is turned down and unlinked from the other volumes.
These are not JVM but something that might interest you. They are vey good free profiles from David G Burns.
I think it's has to do with connectivity of the servers in-between my pc and the Kemper database. It's seems to start up much quicker now.
Maybe use a Morph on the Rig Volume then use a Volume stomp in the effects?
Is there any advantage or disadvantages of using the headphone jack vs the monitor outs left and right?
The main outs and the headphone out carry the same exact signal - same tone.
Franjoe30 thanks for that big comp! I worked on drums extra hard to get the wetness out of them and get more meat. Template saved!
I've never had problems with Hosa cables. You are not going to get large wires into a 3.5mm jack anyway - there's not much room to solder the connections. I think most are around 22-24 gauge no matter the brand. You can opt for gold plated tips but the wires are never gold plated.
I was told many years back by Kemper that they hadnt thought about my question as to leaving it on all the time and suggested that possibly the only thing that would happen would be a wear on the leds. I hope so
Well, 8 years later no one had mentioned burnt out LEDs yet.
Compress, compress, compress. Make sure the Sustain parameter is turned down if you have that. I use a Keeley compressor in front of Kemper because I have more options with it than just the Kemper compressor stomp.
That tone is pretty popular for bassists.
Your FX tone sounds sweet, and it doesn't sound like Bowie.
Getting better all the time, Stay with it Killer!
Thanks friend! but I don't won't to get better. I want to be perfect now! LOL.
Here is a quick low cut and boost on the high end of the master track. Too much or enough?
As you are asking for comments I would like to suggest that you take an extra look at the low range. The bass frequencies from bass, guitar and bass drum are building up to a congested soundscape.
Cheers,
Mats N
I needed to know how low I can go before making cuts and how it sounds on cell phones. I wanted to push the lows hard. I think I would really like to merge EDM into Metal... frequency-wise.
I came across the TAF Fan Cert Muff+ when we were doing the new studio. I was blown away at this profile for high gain stuff and have been playing it ever since. I had to google what a Fender Concert amp was. It inspired me to write four new songs in the new setup. This was the first one.
Rhythm is on the bridge JB and lead is on the '59 neck of my Charvel. Bass was Brass Driver GEQ Metal on my Squire Precision. Drums was MT-Power DrumKit 2.
Please critique so I know what adjustments to make.
It's hard to tell what's you and what's the radio.
On the list, I've heard of the Kinks, the Troggs, and Chet Atkins, but my experience in older genre is reserved by popular radio play. No doubt there is vast knowledge to obtain.
