Want some ideas on the best way you found to attach the Remote to a pedalboard besides velcro or dual lock?

How do you even "live chat" with Kemper? I only see text input contact form on the Support page.
That's what I am referring to, but it occurs generally in real time, so "live". But it has not worked all this week, whereas previous weeks it worked fine except after 5 pm their time.

I have been unable to live chat with Kemper this week, from the US? Always says not available at this time, always before 5 pm in Germany. Anyone else have this problem?

Why are there two LEDs for the Delay effect soft button position while only 1 LED for each of any other effects soft buttons? What does it mean when both are lit?

as Kellerblues said, they are global and basically relate to one individual block. However, there are a few options which can achieve a version pf multiple block switching. One option is the assign a switch to invert existing status. In this case ALL blocks that are Off get turned On and all that are on get turned Off.
That could be interesting with sufficient pre-planning. Is anyone aware of an example of doing this?

Are any added foot switches to the Remote limited to toggling just a single effect, or can they activate multiple effects such as the 4 on the Remote ( minus the led displays of course)?

Dyno- Can I change that within a Profile, and do I do that in the settings area or directly in the stomps area?

System Settings/Expression Pedals and Foot Switches. Assign the FX block where the Wah will be (typically A) to the Switch (the input where the TS cable is connected)
I think I got the switch to perform right, but the wah still stops automatically when not moving the pedal, and I want it to remain active until I hit the foot switch. How do I turn off that auto bypass feature?

Am missing something- the pedal's foot switch seems to turn on/off the compressor, altoough I don't see that indicated anywhere but I see it happening (I want the comp on all the time but I never programmed that as it was part of the profile). So how do I get it to do the wah and not the comp?
-
Just can't seem to find out how to have the Mission/s toe switch activate the wah (so I can have sustained cock wah tones). I have a TRS cable into the Remote, (wah works fine), but cannot find any way to have the 2nd cable (either trs OR ts) get assigned to turning the wah on/off via input 6 on the remote. No help from manual I can find, and online chat seems to be dead today. Anyone know what to do? Thanks,

My only other comment - always trying to put the guitar through the PA. I am not aware of any venues, regardless of how small, are not equipped to put more than vocals through. I have had a couple of venues try that, but I pushed back and we always mic at least Kick, Snare and guitars ( bass eats wattage plus has a much better dispersal).
We almost never gig in places with a supplied PA, almost no venues within our preferred driving have that where I live in rural upstate NY. We do local private parties, occasional ski resorts, outdoor events for small towns, weddings, etc. Plenty of these type gigs around here. We rarely play bars (and locally they also do not have pa systems), and don't want to own/move big pa systems.

OK, thanks for sharing your experience on this!

Ruefus- I would be at least 10' feet out in front of the array, maybe sometimes closer to 15', and only in really tight setups around 5'.
Someone at TGP mentioned the following consideration, wonder if you have any experience with this:
"The array's vertical component sits atop a post, giving enough physical separation of where the sound is coming from to be noticed, depending on the frequency of the electronic crossover point of the speaker system- if the crossover frequency point of the full array unit is within the fundamental note range of the guitar, it will be noticeable when the notes you play change from being primarily coming from the tower component to primarily from the subs."
This might be enough reason to pass on the line array format over a standard FRFR cab type?
-
A monitor is inherently meant for the player and should be pointed at you. Not the audience.
You can do it, and it’ll work. Sort of.
Line arrays are meant to project out to the audience. Which means that up close - the sound is compromised.
You’ll never have one in front of and pointed at you. Which is how a monitor is meant to be used.
HTH.Hi Ruefus- I don't want it in front of me, or like a floor monitor. I want it behind me to both serve as my guitar cab for the room, and take advantage of it's wide dispersion so that the rest of the band hears it too. Our pa is only carrying vocals.

Has anyone tried using a powered line array versus standard powered FRFR cabinet for an onstage monitor? If so how does it compare? Say something like this

Do Mission pedals work well in the volume control function mode?
Do Dunlop pedals work well in the controller mode?
Are any differences enough to recommend 1 over the other for a specific role?
-
Does anyone make something that can attach to a pedalboard and provide stress relief for the ethernet cable attached to the Remote?
-
I have a pair of Nektar NX-P expression pedals for my Stage work well, easy to carry, and Boss EV-5 /Maudio type construction-very smooth wide treadle sweep operation too
Alto music $19 each
Have the Nektar pedals held up well since you purchased them?

Is it possible to assign a dedicated foot switch (not a pedal) on a midi controller (like a Voodoo Lab GCP, or a RLM Mastermind) that will serve to activate and deactivate morphs, which can be the same morph or different, over any number of rigs (in or out of a performance group)?
