You might try this one from the Rig Exchange: Music Man 210 130 Ch2 NN4
It has a Wah in front already, but probably needs a Treble Booster in the X slot and a Chorus in the MOD slot. Also, the Clean and DIst Sense settings are tweaked way down. I prefer them at my normal settings.

Welcome to the forum! You can't assign a rig to a footswitch per se. You can name them so that they display in a particular order when in Browse mode, or you can use Performance mode and build groups of rigs that way.
