same here in browser mode : it happened tonight for the first time, after having played a lot with profiles (browse, save, browse cabs, save again, fine tune volumes, save, delete, set or unset to favourites,...and so on...) then while browsing with Rig buttons (the right one) : tuner mode !
no exp pedal, no foot controler, just buttons...Used the soft button 4 to come back to profiles...
FW is 2.0.1, still the beta one...

As I've been myself friendly welcomed a few weeks ago, I give you a warm welcome today !
-
I agree : really good profiles in there !
-
I bought 'em...
After a few minutes of playing, I've deleted all my previous XTC related profiles (including some older of yours and only kept a selection of these !
They rocks !(I liked your new Jubilee, Fender & 1972 Marshall too)

1) not every rig has fx ! it's up to the original creator to add fx to his rig...and it's up to you to add or change fx on each of your KPA's rigs
2) you browse fx presets with the "Browse" button on the right of the LCD display...but it's only presets ! not the fx ! so depending on the cleaning you have made (or not) on your KPA, you may have no presets for some fx, or even no presets at all !
3) you browse fx (not presets !) with the "Type" button on the left of the LCD display...The available fx depends on your firmware, because new firmware can bring new fx (with or without presets...)

OK, I've been confused by the fact that 'Hook' is a brand of...amps
And because the Cab is a Splawn, I wondered if 'Splawn' in the name was for the cab or the amp, and if the amp was a Splawn or... a Hook !
For Gower Cali, Google told me he's a modder, but again, I wondered what was modded : a Splawn ? a Hook ? something elseNow I got all the needed answers ! Thanks a lot !

I've tested them and some sounds good...I really liked the fatness of the 3rd channel of Splawn Competition for example...
But, it's not clear about Amp & Cab brands, & which models...
Can you please explain a bit more ? -
I am a little confused with the Mesa profiles. It says Peavey 6505 for the amp under all the Rectifier profiles. Is this happening to anyone else?
yes, the same here...probably a mistake during tagging...?

And if we have a strat, and a hot PU guitar, and a active PU guitar ?
Should we unlock the input, and then create rigs dedicated to each guitar, with a fine-tuned clean sense for each ? -
ckemper : do you think it would be possible one day for you to release some kind of (maybe free) SDK for third party developer to propose new fx (as Steinberg did for the VST specs), of course without revealing any secret of the deep-inside-KPA technology of yours ?
-
the clone tones for Kemper he made for Metallica's albums aren't as good as the clones for Axe he made ?

(PM should be enabled now)

On 2 lines, there is an indentation with two tabs or somekind of, when others lines have spaces (+ maybe one tab ?)
The message is :
Error: Inconsistent indentation detected!
1) Your indentation is outright incorrect (easy to fix) OR
2) Your identation mixes tabs and spaceslines concerned :
1103 ==> indentation before RigNameString.set(output_dictionary['RigName'])
1137 ==> indentation before CabinetNameString.set(output_dictionary['CabinetName']) -
this new version seems to have some "indentation problems" on 2 or 3 lines of code, according to the Python 2.7.5 shell ?

bluzkat,
don't forget : always make a backup before major modifications or tests -
+1000 with Trazan
I have the same : when clickings occurs, if I raise the input gate threshold very high so there's no input signal, or if I unplug the guitar, clicking stops as soon there's no more signal of any kind...
It really seems it's triggered by (very) low input, or noise-level background signal..As if the dsp would start to process it, and stops, and starts, and stops... -
cool to read this !
I had some similar clicks today for the first time !
and some kind of "tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii...ti..ti..ti..ti..tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii...ti..ti..ti..tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii" too !
(read "teeeeee" if you're english speaking people )
