the Profiler has no way to tell the difference between your guitar signal and the one coming from your DAW. It just processes whatever signal is coming it.
Please check the routings in DAW.

when you get the processed sound from the front input it means that all the settings in your Profiler are correct.
What happens when you plug your guitar into the return input while return input reamping is selected? -
sorry but i have no answer for this question.
-
you can send the same program change number for every slot but you can also send no program change at all for slots that should use the same preset in your ATG system that was already selected by the first slot.
-
if your interface only offers a single optical input you cannot use it for fully digital reamping.
-
since the Profiler is already capable to switch the amp stack through NRPN how about contacting Line6 and ask them to implement NRPN if that is such a vital function for you?
-
wie Ingo bereits geschrieben hat-du musst in deiner DAW die Spur auf die du den Direct out geroutet hast stumm schalten. Also entweder den Fader runterziehen oder den Output im Mixerkanal der DAW für diese Spur auf OFF stellen.
-
that should give you the processed signal. What happens when you plug your guitar directly into the front input?
-
and what output source is selected for the main outputs in the output menu?
-
If you want to restore a backup from one Profiler on a different one the second one should at least have the same software version installed as the one that you created the backup with.

you can use the direct mix parameter in the amp module to mix the clean signal with the distorted signal. No need to use an extra output for this.
Parallel path is another option to achieve a similar result but with the option of adding 2 stomp boxes to the clean signal. -
i just sent it again using your other email address in the CC.
Its really weird that you received the auto reply but none of the others. I will inform our IT team about this. -
Did you at least receive the autoreply that is automatically generated when you open a ticket?
i just sent the reply to the email address again that you used to open the ticket (soulful@..........)
Basically the support staff member was asking you for a copy of those rigs so we can take a closer look. -
Does your profile with the Cab OFF still have the cabinet you recorded playing back also? Sounds like we are having the same issue. I have a series of profiles where this happens on and others that do not, and they were done at random times, etc. Very weird. I sent an email to Kemper but have not heard anything yet.
our support staff replied to your email yesterday. Please check your spam folder.

which output source is selected for the profiler output that is going to your interface?
-
You must deactivate any loop stomp in the signal chain of the Profiler to use the aux in function properly. since both are using the same ins and outs.
Did you set the auxin levels in the output menu? Signals coming in from the return/alternative input using the auxin function are not processed by the Profiler but simply mixed in at the output.
Using the stereo or mono loop in any of the Profiler slots will not fix your issue because the signal at the direct out is being grabbed at the X or mod location and will not include the delay and reverb module. -
you could try using the direct out to send the master mono signal to the external looper and then use the aux in function in the output menu to return the looped signal so it gets send out of the speaker output to your cabinet.
-
somebody told me that is better use two xlr with mainout mono because the soundengenier can use two different eq for each track
if your rigs require different EQ settings you could use the onboard EQs of the Profiler and program those settings individually for each rig.
Otherwise you would depend on the FOH guy to switch between those two channels on his board. -
if your PA is set to mono you only need one cable but you should set the output source for the main output to master mono so the same mono signal is present at each of the two outputs.
-
I believe the X slot is mono, which means the stereo signal from the stereo loop is summed to a single signal.your believe is wrong. Every effect slot is stereo. Only the stomp slots are mono.
