Dumble ODS would be nice, but aren't they all too different to warrant an one size fits all model? Dumble built his amps to fit his clients.

Plexi please. Merged/direct and studio.

Maybe this indicates that Liquid Profiles aren't so far off from being released?
-
The latest rig manager beta adds support to liquid profiling, very good!
Can't find any release notes where it says liquid profiling, do you have a link?
-
Yeah, looking back it, I think you could be right. I have many hundreds of rigs in the profiler. This was not the rig browse list.
Clicking on one option in that list did not change the loaded rig name. The list has as a heading "amp presets". Presumably this has substituted a different amp section into the rig.
You're right:

I'm also just trying to remember here, but I think the Kemper has factory EQ presets named after some amps.

In the Editor, you can open a small menu in the Amp section - it is a right click from memory. This menu contains a short list of about 6-8 amp names and I assumed these were tone stack options. As soon as I selected one, all the main controls (bass, mid, treb, gain) took new positions.
I think these have been there for quite some time.

Have they added any more speaker imprints after the Kabinet was released?
-
I think 40 were quoted and so examples but no details.
It would be fair to expect AC30, JC120, selection of Marshalls etc.
Yeah, probably the usual suspects. Hope they will include more with time.

Any word on which tone stacks will be included?

Now he uses Suhr V60+ (formerly called ML) in his signature guitars. He uses a non hot bridge (same wind as the neck pickup). He'll sometimes use the regular V60LP in the studio.

You can apparently now refine a profile after it has been stored. Does that mean that you can now refine third party profiles that you buy? What would be the benefit of this?
-
Do you have any preference for speakers or microphones? That could narrow it down.

According to this it was a DC30:

OP would need to run those two quad delays in parallell, don't know if this is possible? All the 8 delay paths would need to be set independent of each other, and not feed into each other. They would also need independent panning and levels, if I remember the Holdsworth UD presets correctly.

Scott Henderson is a gold mine for tone wisdom. Highly recommend this masterclass:

The argument is that it somehow affects frequencies below 22.05, even if the hard cutoff is at that frequency. Not that I agree with that necessarily. And I think pretty much everyone would agree that there is no useful info above 22khz when mic'ing a guitar cab. Some discussion here with CK chiming in on his views: profiling sample rate?
-
Do you guys think profile vendors will update existing packs with liquid profile settings? Assuming of course, they have written them down at the time of profiling.

I actually like the screen alot. It's designed to be viewable in a stage enviroment. Along with the LEDs it's very effective.
As for the sample rate, this has been debated here before and everywhere else. I have sort of settled into the belief that higher sample rates should make no difference for a mic'ed guitar cab. There's people with ears I absolutely trust that says 96khz makes a difference. But man, I don't know. Unless I personally can pick out which is which in a blind test, I'm fine with 44.1khz. And i like the "no snake oil"-approach from ckemper
There's a sample rate output conversion option now for the SPDIF output, so that can be used if your project is a different sample rate. But it doesn't change the internal sample rate of the KPA.

I don't know when he started using the Kerry Wright cab thats in the IR pack, but it's on his last 2 albums for sure. He uses a Suhr plexi-type amp with mods now.
