Hi,
Maybe someone with experience could give me advice on this:
I'd like to record a guitar track(wet signal) on my DAW with just the Kemper sound so no plugins on the DAW (I guess I need to use Mains Out for that).
But I'd like to record the signal coming from the guitar directly (dry signal) as well.
The reason for this is that in case I'm not happy with the track I can use the recorded dry signal to reamp with the Kemper.
So I have a few questions that hopefully someone can answer
1) Is it possible to record both wet and dry signal at the same time? If yes, how to set up the Kemper and which outputs to use for what signal?
2) Is it possible to feed the Kemper input with the recorded dry sound and record the wet signal directly in the DAW again? (so two connections between the Kemper and DAW are needed).
3) I know it has been posted here somewhere but I couldn't find it anymore, could someone please point out the different DB levels for Line level, Mic level and which level to use where? (it must have something to do with profiling amps).
Thanks a lot for your help!
