I love the groove change from the verse to the chorus, man.
Great that the bass gets some exposure.
Your solo rocks, as always, Niko.
Thanks! Yeah we have to use that bass effectively in a four-piece! Glad you liked the solo!
Your best song so far.
I tend to think so too
This! Yes, yes, yes, as Monkey_Man said. Great tune, powerful, somewhat complex, groovy... very cool. Congrats guys on your work. Really love the passion behind that!
The Bass part in the middle is extremely nice and almost Tool-ish
Glad you liked the interlude!
Fantastic ! I'm still prefer king killer an absolute hit but this one really rocks too
BTW are the drums recorded on the edrum set ? I don't see no mike on the 'real' drumset ?
Guilty as charged - the drums are Steven Slate played on the eDrum set. We allow ourselves to cheat a little bit on the playthrough in that regard
Brilliant, I really liked Egypt! I think the mix was also better, sounded very precise.
Thanks man - My mixing skills are getting better although still very inconsistent. I had to send my Adam A7Xs in for repair, so this one is actually mostly mixed on my old hifi setup (F3 lyd speakers, and Denon PMA-900v from the 80's) in the later stages.
I did have to take 9-10 trips to my car to check though. I don't know what it is about car stereos, but if it sounds balanced there, then it will work everywhere. Strongly considering getting a powerful laptop and sit in the car while doing the final balancing. For real.

Hello , i own all the packs from Josh because i think they are top level. Since i read that pack 3 is the best of them, i would like to ask you if i'm doing something wrong with it because i think pack 2 is way better than the 3. Am i missing something like pure cabinet settings or clarity or eq? I use pure cabinet always off, i give some clarity if the profile sounds fizzy and leave the profiles eq always on. How are you using them in term of settings? Thanks you all, cheers.
"Best" is soooo subjective. Don't worry about it

Great. What did you do?
-
Roll back to the version that worked, save the beta tests for others.
Good call. Definitely shouldn't gig with the betas.

One more attempt:
Thanks for your hard work and dedication Arne. Appreciate it (even if my system worked right away)

weird. I always found that rolling the guitar volume back on a Marshall always made the sound ‘duller’ losing the top end edge/fizz. Even a small adjustment can take the edge off. I’ve played on plexis, master volumes and 800s for many years and with a Les Paul and set them up with that in mind. The old ‘switch to the rhythm pickup on 3’for clean sounds had to be set up first to make sure it wasn’t too dull ..just my experience with Les Paul’s mind. I’ve no idea how other guitars change the sound.
I do think one of the features of the 50's wiring scheme is to counter the treble roll-off. Maybe something to try.

That settles it. Will contact the seller after Easter. Thanks for the input!

Thanks! What's the rig you used in the intro lick?
-
I need some help here. Should this be my next guitar? :). It's a late 80's.

My setting
Slot X - Delay Widener
Main stereo and using only left chanel output
Monitor out - set on stereo output and used monitor output jack for right channel
On the left chanel you have studio profile and in the right channel you can switch and choose imprint for you taste.?
Sorry my English
Hm this seems like a great idea! Thanks.

Thanks

Simply brilliant. What a band! I really dig this. And your solo is extremely tasteful and well conducted (as always I should potentially say)
What I really like about your productions is the great sound, not overproduced but very transparent and full. Space for everything. Drums sound killer as well, bass too, vocals good to hear and your guitar in the right spot. Cool thing!
Wonderful feedback. Thanks man.

Is the name calling really necessary just because someone doesn't like what we like? I mean, it really reflects back on everyone here.

Released the full song yesterday. Have a great weekend all!

Just made some profiles today and I have specifically created a profile that's called "Newprofile" that I start off with. When I'm done making a profile I simply name it "Newprofile" plus a number, like so: Newprofile2. Then I make changes in rig manager afterwards, like adding compression etc.
The thing is, if rig manager is open when I store the newly made profile on the kemper, it replaces "Newprofile" with "Newprofile2". Not until I restart rig manager is both profiles there. It's a really weird bug.
Yes exactly.

Do you really mean gain? Or volume perhaps?
