It's a very good problem to have. Very grateful to Mr. Kemper for providing me (by way of my relatively small investment) a warehouse full of all the amps I could ever want, that fit into a small box and which I can access with just the push of a button. Well worth the "problem" of deciding on my favorite flavors - and those flavors would otherwise cost a fortune to own. I will gladly give up the endless trips out to audition amps, buying them, lugging those monsters up and down stairs, stuffing them in various vehicles, maintaining them, finding space to store them and eventually selling them for half of what I paid for them. My dream has become reality. My only issue is that now when something unpleasant comes out of that box I can only blame the sucky player.

OK, high gain vs high gain. What about Splawn vs Fender head? Just curious.

Excellent! Good taste in tunes. I also happily use the karaoke-version backing tracks.

Mats, that kicks ass! Awesome song!

Here is my latest build. It is my take on the Telecaster trouble maker. A semi hollow body with diamond inlay and f hole. Pickups are Fishman Fluence Classic humbuckers.
Great job Ronald! Nice finish. Is it an optical illusion or does the body profile flatten around the input jack location?

Welcome Razor and thank you for your service. Life is very nice in Kemperland.

Yep, you beat it up real good. The new (old) scratchplate will top off the effect nicely. Great job!

Thanks Muddy. This is the kind of playing that inspires non-players to take up guitar and seasoned players to hang it all up.

Welcome Mladen - your playing is about to get much m ore enjoyable.

For those that were interested, I have now swapped my Custom shop Strat's pickguard to a mint green relic.
I much prefer it to the tortoise one it came with, what do you think?
Also added a photo of it next to my Silver Sky for another comparison.
Brilliant choice! Looks perfect to me. Good job.

Any hint on a profile that'll get me close to that classic DP tone?

Yeah, I've never understood the trend of paying new prices for something that looks used.
Pre-faded Levis have no soul.
Truth be told, I consider myself pretty accomplished at wearing out guitars and Levis all by myself.
-
Sollazzon I like it too. I don't think I could ever buy a new pre-worn guitar. Marks, worn finish and scars are a sign of heavy use. Heavy use usually means it's a trusty player and a good guitar.

Bummer..... but as long as it plays and sounds good...

Welcome! You're gunna need a bigger boat.

Im a Happy Kemper Camper!
Nice! now if only my talent could match the price...

Welcome, you're in the right place.

I believe this is a reasonable request. Although I am not a SW developer I imagine it would not require an enormous resource drain. I would use it and as Wheresthedug described, I enjoy the command center philosophy.

@Wheresthedug Thanks. That is helpful. I need to try to remember how all the eqs are related instead of randomly twisting knobs. Always trying to learn more.
