Hey mate, I'm really sorry I never saw your message. Incase you still have this problem, I did get it fixed yes. I contacted Kemper support over the phone and they had seen the problem a handful of times before. They wrote a unique firmware for that corrected the problem in about 24 hours and I haven't had the problem since. The problem occurs because when the Kemper was built, they used a circuit board from a non powered kemper with the power amp, which have different serial numbers, the problem occurs when the two serial numbers conflict with each other. Sorry for the delayed response!
