Im not sure it's been implemented.
i know that holding a button will scroll through the rigs but I don't think you can go from one end of the list to the other.
What I normally do is sort by author then hold the button and the list will scroll by groups.

Well ya learn something new everyday. Thank you, maybe it's because I dont store any profiles on my studio KPA anymore and havent used them buttons for ages

If you have 350 Factory Rigs keeping the left button down(fastest option) from 1st to last rig takes ~ 30s.
What I mean was fast jump from last Rig to 1'st rig and vice versa(one push of rig down button from last rig will take us to 1st rig.)

Thanks Timo - it seems that is the fastest way - but still you cannot operate on rig list in this way.(and no - there is no repetition (wrap)You cannot jump from Z to A by pressing buttons on main menu - I'm on 3.0.2).
It's not urgent nor important. Just a nice addition to easy navigate trough the list.
Maybe it simple like this (but just guessing and simplifying things)

Yep, wrap functionality would be great, I've requested this years ago I guess.
It also seems very logical and practical to have, and easy to implement unless I am missing something

I think the wrap is an absolute necessity.

So many times I have been browsing rigs, comparing sounds only to find the end and wait to get back to the beginning. Frustrating every time.

For visually handicapped people "wrap around" is a nightmare. Therefore, 'wrap around' was decided against. Nevertheless there could be a kind of shortcut of that, but this needs to be discussed.
I can understand that. A simple to the top button would help for me.
..or maybe hold down both rig_left + rig_up brings you to the first profile in whatever view you're in (all, faves, last imported, etc).

I also thought about this solution.
the wrap function could be optional, as MM was suggesting. The option of pressing two buttons makes sense IMO only if one of the two alone doesn't do anything, and can't be kept pressed in advance. Otherwise there would be practical synchronization issues.
