Is there a noticeable difference in sound? If so I need to go buy a cable.

No. However, IMHO, it is always a good thing when you can avoid a conversion from digital to analog or the other way around. Using SPDIF will eliminate one conversion.

Thank you everyone!

I don’t notice any difference but I do like the convenience of SPDIF along with analog.

Mostly it just makes you feel better knowing the signal is going analog-digital rather than analog to digital to analog to digital again. There shouldn't be any noticeable difference. If I had S/PDiF ins on my DAW I'd use it but there are hundreds of top pros using it analog that could go S/PDIF so I don't feel I'm missing out. Sometimes going digital out can cause some issues if things aren't set right as they have to "lock in". It's a guitar amp not audiophile classical music.

Just to play devil's advocate, yes the Kemper D/A & A/D converters are pretty good, but that's only half the story. The other gear you're connecting to needs to have good converters, pre-amps, cables etc also. It's 2022 not the 90s though, so you should be good.
