Me too! Or better yet, post a download link so anyone can get it?

Did you do a backup or export of the factory rigs? I'm not with my computer, so I can't send it
My first few minutes playing with new pitch effects reveals the following:
The pedal pitch sounds and works good in stomps A-D, not so good after the amps. So great just like a whammy pedal.
Chromatic and smart harmonies work well post amp and not as good in stomps A-D. Sound is crisper post amp and tracking is better.
Micro pitch doesn't seem to have a big difference in position whether its before or after the amps.
Others finding the same thing?
The tracking is better than I expected for chromatic and smart harmony runs.
Thanks
Sean
Thanks Quitty

Yes- what you describe is true of pitch effects in general. Things that are meant to sound like multiple guitars will work better after an amp. Whammy works better before. Smaller amounts of pitch shift can work before it after. But will sound a little different with a clean amp, and the difference will increase with the amount of amp gain.
Is there still the 1000 rig limit with this update?
Yes - think of it as being because of this update, and more good things to come.
Thank you Kemper team! you guys know how much ive been waiting for this!!!!!!
And now that ive had the time to test.......This update...................................................ABSOLUTELY KICK ASS X1000!!!
bet you cant tell how happy a man I am???!!!

Is not supposed to be removed. Actually it should be brickwalled.
You sir are a scholar and a gentleman. Thanks!
I am planning a global option to simply route the Pedal Pitch to CC #4
oh......fantastic!! that wouold be kick butts option, right for the pro users. this way we can have the wah and pitch fx always on and ready for use at the touch of the pedal.............gigantic!
To CK: would't it be better if every user could customize which parameter, among all the controllable ones, is controlled by a single CC, and let us set it for each rig?
Something like the modifiers on the FAS.
I think that it would add a ton of flexibility, since i might need a wha, a pitch controller and a volume pedal in a rig, while i might need to control the gan, the volume and wha.
Is it possible?
with exactly 1.000 rigs on KPA , 1.8 flawlessly installed , great update !
even I am not so big fan of FX effects, transpose took me all evening playing metal
tunes ! Bad Horsie from Steve Vai naked tunes and KPA transpose effect in C , was amazing !!!
Just tried the rest of effects , but since I never used similar analog effects, not too much luck .
Hope CK and members who knows these FX will put more tips/tricks and presets as a starting point ....
ps
I also had that funny clicks as per Armin post with transpose, hope it will be sorted soon ...
.
Is there still the 1000 rig limit with this update?
I don't know cause i don't know how many rigs i've got !!
Can we see how many rigs we have with the kemper ?
Thank you Brattcave !

My lowly DigiTech RP355 lets me assign the expression pedal to just about anything on a patch-by-patch basis. For example, one of my patches has the expression pedal set to control the harmonizer interval. This lets me play harmony lines that jump between 3rds (toe down) and 4ths (heel down).
Guys, how much faster is the rig change time? That has been my biggest problem with the KPA, but I'm flying out to a show with my KPA tomorrow morning and I'm not touching the firmware until I get back... So it'd be great to know if you guys have noticed any differences!
