Hi Guys! I have been researching the Kemper amp for the past few months and hope to soon be a proud new owner of one. To ease my costs I've been looking into used ones and was wondering if anyone knows if the warranty is transferable from the original owner and if so how do you go about it? Also is there anything I should be aware of when shopping the used ones? I appreciate your input, thanks!!!

Hello, and welcome!

welcome! I bought mine used off of craigslist... came with everything including the original shipping box. I've had absolutely no problems with it... other than no tubes to swap out for tone.. but then hey.. this things got tone for days and days...
good luck with your search! -
Welcome EOM
Yes, the warranty is transferable. AFAIK this is done automatically, meaning it doesn't matter who bought the unit, as long as the one the serial in invoice refers to is still under warranty.

Do you need an invoice? I threw mine on Craigslist and he said that I needed the receipt or invoice of purchase. I was under the impression that all you would need is the unit, considering the serial is in the system itself.

Hey, EOM58. I've read some threads about second-hand users sending in their Kempers for repair of LEDs without any questions asked. Prices are going up though, so the earlier you jump on the bandwagon, the better. Cheers!
