Kemper MIDI Control Device for cubase

Hey guys, I made a little panel in Cubase for controlling the KPA (via midi conection). Its capable of automation and easy accessible through the channel inspector.
It just adresses the basic CC's, but it may be enough for fast switching/automation.

If people is interested I may upload it for everyone!

OKAY since there's some interest from you all, I'm uploading it to dropbox and preaparing a little tutorial ( a few words and pics) on how to use this Midi control thing.

Hello guys, I finally uploaded this KPA-Midi Control
for Cubase mini-utility, you can get it from:

Now for a tutorial on how to set up this thing (I
don't have Cubase in english, so some menus and options may have a slightly
different name. Forgive me for this):

1. In Cubase menus, go to Devices -> Midi Device
Manager (it should be the 3rd option in the pull-down menu). Now click Import
Configuration and select the KPA-Midi Control.xml that you just downloaded. The
device should appear now in the list:

With the device selected, make sure to route its
output to the Midi out port where you connect your Kemper Midi In.

2. Now create a new Midi Track, and set its output to
the KPA-Midi Control Device. Also check that the track will send information
through Channel 1 only (important, or you won't see the panel!):

3. On the Midi track you have created, click on User
Panel, click on its pull-down arrow and select the KPA-Midi Control panel. Now
you should see your panel on the track inspector, and it should be sending
messages to the Kemper properly.

Thats all if you just want a quick control panel, but
if you want to make Automations there are a few more steps:

4. On the Midi Device Manager, select de KPA-Midi
Control and click in Open Device. Now on the top left, click the W to enable
automation writing:

Close this window and now a new dedicated automation track should have appeared:

From here you can automate all the same parameters available in the user panel. You can see every parameter name and its corresponding CC.

If you may need more automation tracks (e.g. for reamping double tracked guitars with different automation..), you can just write automation on the first Midi track that we created or new midi tracks:

With these method you can have various automations simultaniously controlling the same parameter, and you can just "mute" the automations not being used in that moment.

The only drawback of automating at the midi track is that you can't see the parameters automatically, so you'll have to look at the parameter you want to automate at the dedicated automation track, to see which CC to use (of course you can always check de KPA oficial manual :)). In the other hand you have the advantage that you can have all the midi automation tracks that you want, as long as you always connect its output to KPA - Midi Control and Channel 1.
