Just got a Kemper the other day. So far it's a really nifty little unit. Haven't had a chance to delve into it too much, but I hope to remedy that soon.
Howdy folks

Hey mwc2112, Rush fan? Welcome to the forums!

Thanks all! Yup, I'm definitely a Rush fan. Not as much as I used to be, though, but still one nevertheless. I've actually had this name for over a decade when I was trying to come up with a screen name for AOL Instant Messenger. I tried 'Matt' and even 'MattC' (first name and last initial), but surprisingly of the millions upon millions of registered users, someone already picked those. I actually happened to have the song 2112 playing in the background so I put it after my initials and it was available so it stuck and I use it for all my online activities. I'm an active member over on TheGearPage, the Fractal Forum (not so much lately since I don't have an AxeFX anymore), and am one of the moderators over at TheStompBox.net.
I've only had the KPA for about a week and, sadly, haven't had a chance to really crank it yet (blame the wife and kids ), but should get a chance this weekend to really let it go.
For gear (cause everybody like gear talk, right?) I will be running it through a Yamaha DXR10, a pair of Yamaha HS80M monitors, or the PA we use at church. I just ordered a Liquid Foot+ Mini as a controller... don't do a lot of effects switching, so I think it'll be perfect and I love the small-footprint design. For guitars I've got an Amerilink Deluxe Strat w/ WCR SRs, a Les Paul Studio Deluxe with WCR Darkburst/Godwood, a MIM Tele with a set of Reilander Special Texas, and an Ibanez Artcore hollowbody I stuck some SD Seth Lovers in.
I do have one question someone may be able to answer... when I registered I didn't have the Kemper yet, so I didn't have a serial number for the restricted area, but now that I do I can't figure out how to attach it to my profile. I looked in all the settings and didn't see where I could update this. Do I need to contact the admins?

You can register your unit in your profile on the Kemper website.

And so you can... thanks!!!
