Great work as always, Mats. Your vanWeelden profile is still after all those years (okay 2 years) my absolute number one rig.
I am abolutely looking forward to the result of this collaboration

Hi Mats
I listened carefully to the tracks you've recorded and as mentioned before the sound I hear on tracks 1 and 4 is really impressive as Larry Carlton looks like the late 80's.
Seems to be registered with 2 different guitars, in track 1 seems almost the same sound that Larry was out of the Valley Arts he used at that time, will be due to the way and maybe you'd use phrases that make it look like more "equal" Larry's sound . Congratulations again and I am really looking forward to having this package.
PS
Can you tell me what guitars did you use, just out of curiosity! -
Sounds fantastic mate, classy playing too!
Will be buying this one for sure! Cheers

Thanks for lending your ears to this. I was indeed trying to get close to Larry Carlton's sound.
Regarding guitars I know I used a Collings City Limits for In No Time and I fairly sure I used the same one for 15 Years Later.Cheers,

Really excellent tones in those clips. Right up my alley.
Looking forward to getting my hands on those profiles and using them for live and studio work. -

All this Dumble talk got me listening to many Robben Ford youtube videos. Along the way I stumbled upon a really good FUCHS ODS review. That got me curious about FUCHS ODS profiles on the RE. I found a number by Paco Mata. The PM - Fuchs Clean caught my interest, so I loaded it and tried a number of tweaks. I ended up with a sweet sound (to my ears) by dropping the mids and boosting the bass and treble. I then lowered the gain a little. I'm sure what I came up with isn't as good as what Michael has coming, but it sure helps to keep me happy while I wait.

Thanks Paul. You saved me from repeating myself.
Robman - Collings makes great guitars. I think they are one of the foremost caretakers and developers of the set-neck tradition.
