Here's the link with a LOT more info, and clips of each amp profile. I used a Fender strat for each clip, reverb was in the kemper. No effects on the guitars that weren't in the profiles. (some of the cleaner tones did have some compression in the profiles).

Thanks for the kind words, I'm planning on going back for more of his amps soon. He still has several amps that I think would make for awesome profiles, and if I run out of his amps... I'm sure I can find a few to bring there.

Pete , one question:

Are the Ampeg flip top profiles just for guitar ? no cleans for bass ?

Two of the Ampeg profiles are on the cleaner side - like 1.9 on the gain according to Rig Manager. Let me put a bass through one of those and I can post a clip if you're curious. I didn't use a bass to set any controls on the ampeg when profiling. That doesn't mean it can't sound good, just means I don't know. I'll post a clip soon and we can see.

The Valco was the first amp Michael pointed out to me when I checked everything out. It was one of his favorite amps for recording.

Thanks man! I think the signal chain really made the most of each amp - that Les Paul preamp was magic. Sounded fatter and just better to our ears than the Neve 1073, which wasn't exactly bad, just different.

I'm headed back there soon, schedule permitting. Going to capture some more of his beauties and might even lug one or two of mine there. Glad you enjoyed the profiles, a few ended up on my live presets.
