Only a quick feedback: Wow, I like them very much. Played them now for 20 minutes. CHUG one mostly. Very juicy! This is what I like. Compared it to the sound from video and it is very close. The difference could be the mix of ambient microphone in the video. I tried to play CHUG through my Jet City head - I had to turn up presence and treble and then it sounded very good! I will try to write with more after playing more.
Once more Thank you Gerald!

But what I have to do if I have a red light at the output cliping !

Thank you thank you! I dig "Boogie Mark IIC + CHUG", but I still think "Boogie C2C +LEAD" is the best all around of the bunch. Tweaking EQ and effects seems to get me in the same ballpark (or better) of all the other high gain profiles. I'd love to hear your opinion (or anyone else's) in case I'm overlooking any other gems in the bunch.
But what I have to do if I have a red light at the exit cliping !
Lower the rig volume a bit. Or disable Pure booster in MOD slot if enabled. Gerald has PB enabled in his rigs.

Diky PETO.
Hi In fact my favourite profile is not posted yet. It is the latest version of the BoogieIIC+ profile. Remember the profiles I posted were done to get the closest I could from Petrucci in the video, but they are slightly too dark for my use. However each profile I posted had one particular thing I love and I have discovered. I am still learning from my amp... And will try to include them in my next profiles... For instance the crunchcl1 has a great Angus Young vibe but doesn' fit that well for Petrucci...

Can't wait. In the meantime, the C2C+ is great for my own sound/ feel. I've always preferred slightly darker amps/cabs anyway, probably as a result of having spent a lot of years with early modeling amp tech, e.g. Line 6 Flextone II. In addition to the C2C+, I'm also really digging Mark II C ++MAB. What does MAB stand for?
Your hi-gain profiles and "MESA MARK IVCLEAN3" from author "BLACKBIRD"... I'm in heaven! Kemper honeymoon all over again. Can't believe how close I came to selling a few weeks ago...
MAB means it was tweaked by Meambobbo
try my IICLSOAD clean profile in the RM if you want

Oh! More goods will come!
Thanks again. I could do this all day, but... what does LSOAD stand for?
Lifting Shadows Off A Dream
It's a very nice song by Dream Theater
Thanks - hope I'm not being a bother.
LSOAD means a clean with U2 delay. Works very nice. I also put a phaser for goodnight kiss song if I remember well...
guys, between me,Thumas, Sinmix and Choptones, if you don't find a Boogie profile that suits you, I don't understand ... Each of us has a particular approach of Boogie Mark amps... Best of both worlds !
ok, just had a run at the chug profile. very well done. after some tweaking, I think I'm getting the exact tone I've always wanted for rhythm. Strangely, I was tweaking it just by ear without A/B'ing to any of my other patches. When I was done, I pitted it against my favorite tweaked Arthur-D Mark IV profile, and they were very close. I ended up tweaking the Arthur-D profile's EQ a tad to match the chug profile, so I could get an honest comparison of the tone. I found the chug profile is just a touch more full and organic than the Arthur-D one. So new main profile for me!
Thanks again, Gerald. If others are interested and Gerald gives permission, I will post my tweaked version to the Rig Exchange. I try to avoid doing this kind of thing except for rare occasions where I really want to share my tweaks, and this is one of those times.
Yes no problem please share
Anyone interested in my latest profile which tends to be my favourite ? It is my recreation of Marco Sfogli's Andromeda tone.
Noob question : where can I download FW 2.8 ?
