Easier browsing through stomp boxes

Hi

Let's say I want to add "Vintage Chorus" to current clean type of profile. I press for example "A" in STOMPS section. Then I scroll using TYPE for "Vintage Chorus" effect. On the way to choruses I have many distortion stomp boxes, which I don't want to hear while scrolling.

Would it be possible to assign four buttons above LCD to some kinds of stomps available in Kemper? I could press CHOR just to jump Vintage Chorus omitting all distortions.

I guess page buttons would allow to scroll through "types" of stomps available. Would be very handy. But navi buttons above LCD would allow to jump to certain type, omitting distortion stomps which I don't need on clean profiles and add much hiss while my monitors are louder.

I believe there are more that 4 "types" of stomps now - are they categorized in any way anywhere?

Good idea, making stuff simpler is always a good suggestion.

You mean from page to page, I mean from one category to another.... From distortions to EQs... But this would require to "categorize" current stomps.

I'm not by the Profiler right now. How many columns of profiles are there in browsing mode? 4? If 4 it would be good to us < and > buttons to scroll 3 columns, so when pressing > last coulmn becomes first.

Anyway my idea of 4 "quick buttons" seems do the job quicker. But my and your approach exclude each other think or I mean browsing stomps, and you mean filtering stomp presets?

4 quick buttons are the fastest way. One click and you're on choruses for example
