I should have mentioned - I don't currently use the remote. I'm changing patches with a G-System. This was all OK before updating to current firmware 4.1.4.11421.

I just had the same thing happen at rehearsal last night..... After switching back and forth a few times , finally the correct rig came up in slot 1

This is constantly happening to me on version 3.2 firmware and it is really upsetting. My only way around it has been to copy my primary performance to another performance to ensure the rigs are there when I need them. Pretty disappointing though.

Happening to me also on several occasions: Start-up KPA with chicken head in browser mode (all good) > turn to Performance mode and 1st rig slot is named wrong. Switching chicken head to browser back to Performance didn't fix it. Using remote to switch from Performance 1 > 2 and back a couple times did.
Firmware 3.2.1 and now 3.3.0 -
I have the same problem. I'm now on fw 4.0xx or something.
I can live with it but it has fooled around with me badly a couple of times. -
