I got SinMix's Cobra pack, and I'm very glad I did. Sounds very good, and also you get a decent variety of rigs (mics/cabs).
Cannot tell any other experciences with other commercial profiles of Dragon or Cobra as I don't own nor tried them, but SinMix's, they sound killer and at good price.Just my recomendation
(I like SinMix's profiles so much that it nearly seems as I was working for him lol... but they sound exactly like what I want to find in metal guitars so... free marketing for a good done job is fully deserved I think :D) -
yep i agree his cobra and dragon are both killer with tons of cabs

I really like the Guidorist profiles and the Cobra (he calls it Hydra) is really good It's very thick fat and brutal. To my surprise the clean channel is also very unique in a very good way,

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I just got this one because to be honest, I really liked the tone even though it's just four profiles: http://sonicunderground.bigcar…amus-cobra-kemper-profile

Sinmix (46 Rigs) has a lot of medium and high gain Profiles and different amazing Cabs. -

Okay in the highlights of commercial profiles thread i am working on, il have the guitar and pick up and style which makes it easier for me(and every one) to narrow it down and help. I have all of them SURPRISE
For Black Metal i have found Sin's to be unique (active black outs)
Choptones Viper and Dragon packs have shown a lot of great diverse sounds, hard rock,Djent , metal, blues cleans etc (LP Gibson)
Xray - have some BRIGHT stuff and its certainly not covered in the other packs, Rock to metal to cleans (Strat /Gibson)
Guido had some great sounds on my 9 string (heavy metal, bridge pick up passives) also killer n the Gibson (heavy metal leads)I am guessing you just want balls out metal for Humbuckers right??

Right, Well Sin/Chop/Guido will cover you for the hard stuff and mid hard. Xray/Guido for every thing else.
Having all of them i find gives you 100% of the range of the amp
Hopefully you do some sound cloudsAsh
