    Remember 'though, that this will add to the CPU overhead and in turn, and I'm guessing here, increase latency for whichever Rig in which it's used.

    Speaking of distortion - perhaps a combined overdrive & compression effect.

    I can see the worth of something like this, but I think the processing power needed to render it authentically might be a stretch too far. I think that the designers of the KPA knew this too, hence why they recommend to capture all that colouring at the profiling stage. Not so helpful for those of us that profile at home, but I guess that's why the commercial profilers can charge for their profiles.
