I tryed many times, reinstalled rig manager, but every time I click on the update available, I get this error:

I got exactly the same error, it happened multiple times, what worked for me was to open RM and change the directory to one of my performances and then check for updates, I hope this helps.

Solved. After restarting the profiler the updste is downloadable!
Thank you Cenzo. I solved by deleting some performances in my Kemper and all the subfolders in the rig manager (I made a backup before). Now I'm on 4.2

i don't think that has anything to do with the original issue. i'm just saying that so other who read that won't start to delete their performances ...
I think I had the same issue. I first got a screen saying: "This software is up-to-date". When I pressed OK, Rig Manager gave the error and quit. When I didn't press OK, just ignored the message and clicked "Update Profiler" (or something like that), it updated my Profiler.

that should be fixed in 1.6.37 - please contact us through the feedback option in Rig Manager if the issue persists.
