I want to use Kemper's effects to my voice. I use Scarlett 6i6 with studio MIC. Which input on KPA should I use for the line level signal from 6i6? Any configuration required? Thanks for any tips.

The reamp line input on the rear, Skocz, whatever that one's called. IOW, the same one used for guitar reamping.
Obviously you'll have to disable the amp and cab modules, but you'll know that; I mention it only for those who might want to try this but don't realise.

There are 2 inputs on the back: Alternative Input and Return. No configuration needed in INPUT module?

OK, I'd say it's the "Alternative Input" that you need Skocz.
I haven't done any reamping yet 'cause I haven't recorded, so I don't know about any fancy settings you might need. As far as I know 'though, you can just use that input for line-level signals, and if you plug something into the front input, it'll override it, so make sure you unplug your geetar first, bud.

you need to select the alternative input in the input menu in order to use it
