This is REALLY weird...
I just went back to the 1.6... where I was able to drag them and did it before.
And I can't drag them too
The same rigs. Same archives.
I'm freaking out here XD
Not sure if I understand you clearly @AndreuRuno, but you have to drag unpacked files. Selecting and dragging files which are in archive (i.e. ZIP file) won't be imported into Rig Manager.

From today, my USB connection from Kemper to computer/RM is not available. It seems that RM don't recognize my Kemper. Using OS 5.0.3 atm.

I encountered this also on the KPA of a friend after he installed the first beta of RM 2.0. He had to update the KPA manually (with usb disk) to 5.1 beta in order for RM 2.0 to see it. I was under the impression that a later build of RM 2.0 resolved this issue.

I'm not able to load the rig packs with rig manager 2.0.
-
Yup i also posted guys that i had probs and tried to warn of 5.03 and RM2.0

Windows 10 64bit
Rig Manager 2.0
OS Public Beta 5.1.0Most of the times, when I power off Kemper Profiler while Rig Manager is on I get "Rig Manager stopped responding" error.
Does anybody else encounter this?
I go to Windows Event Viewer and there is error logged:
App name causing error: Rig Manager.exe, version: 2.0.13.12789, timestamp: 0x58878d40
Module causing error: ucrtbase.dll, version: 10.0.14393.0, timestamp: 0x578997b5

Try this:
Close Rig Manager, and then turn off the KPA.
-
@alwainwright the same configuration here. Windows 10. 64bit.
-
I get a lot of crashes still with RM. Crashes when the profiler is shut down with RM running are common. This is on Win 7 64 and these have happened since about 1.6 and continue with the latest beta.
-
No problems here on Mac OSX.
-
Try this:
Close Rig Manager, and then turn off the KPA.
Sure this is workaround, but still the other case shouldn't cause that error.

I agree this workaround is sufficient, but agree also that it should not happened.
But not always.I have sometimes same issue with latest Versions of KPA/RM and win10.

Don't know what's happening with support, but after upgrading Rig Manager on 27th of januari my Local folders are gone (so are all my tweaked and bought profiles...), and after sending my debug file all remains quiet...
I got a backup for the bought profiles, but the tweaked ones not...
Tried to wake them up with a few mails, but no luck...
I also have probs when shutting of the kemper without first stopping Rig Manager...Are they having some extended vacation in Germany?
If an admin reads this...
