Yes.
Hold anything you want to keep constant and hit "LOCK" at the same time. If you Want to Lock several things you can do them individually. However, If you want to lock ALL stomps for example hold the STOMPS but rather than all the individual stomps. The should be a video about it on the Kemper website or youtube.
If you want to unlock anything afterward just do the same again.
Another way is to save the rig as a copy, then change the amp in the copy. Then you can switch between them without locking anything.
Or you can enter the amp module and browse amps from other rigs. But I recommend the locking too.
