This is probably the wrong place to put this but anyway.......Hey everyone. I am fully registered on the website but I cannot download any Profiles from the Forum. I just tried to download the Peavey Bandit 65 profile and keep getting access denied when trying to download it. I registered my Kemper head and remote on the website. Not sure why i am getting this error. Any help would be appreciated.

I understand you were logged into the website when you registered your KPA and Remote.
Were you logged into the website when you received the error message?
-
Yeah. I was logged in during both events. Maybe I have to wait a while for things to sync up? I just did that tonight. I have had my kemper for a few weeks but just registered tonight thinking thats why I couldnt get any download links to work.
-
Perhaps they are having website issues. Have you tried using Rig Manager instead?
-
Yeah but that particular profile is not on rig manager. Bummer as I had one of those amps when I was a teenager and wanted to relive my youth!!! Haha.

Hi Johnny,
I tried to PM the Bandit profiles to you but it said you are not allowed to receive PM's.
My guess is you KPA serial is not registered to your login.
Best,
Tim -
Yeah....thats what I was thinking too. I just registered it about a half hour ago and it might have not taken yet. I just tried and I dont think I can PM you either.
-
Can you load it to the Rig Exchange. Apparently that works for me.
-
When I first registered mine it didn't take the way I did it. Had to log out and do it again or something. Was quite some time ago so I'm not 100% sure.
-
Yeah, I just checked on my login account info and it shows my Kemper Head and Remote as being registered to my account. Not sure what the issue is.
-
Deleted.

Got it!!! Thank you so much. I sent a support ticket out to kemper to help me out. Thanks again!!!

Welcome, Johnny!

Welcome, man!

Thanks for the welcome!!! Everything is now working on the forums fine. I went from the Axe-FX 2 XL+ to the Kemper and to be totally honest I couldn't be happier. They are both excellent but for me the Kemper really shines. I am happy to be part of the Kemper family!!!!
