I think that this single option alone would significantly increase the flexibility in programming PERFORMANCES and also the live control on stage. The number of PERFORMANCES needed to cover the entire repertoire would also be significantly reduced.
LOCK WITHIN A PERFORMANCE option

Yet another user asking for this function.
Here are some more threads about the same topic:
Keeping the changes of effect on/off when switching slots within a Performance untill you switch to another Performance
Lock mode is awesome! But in Performance mode I'm frustrated with it...
If people keep on asking for this we might get this software update since the benefits are really obvious for every gigging guitarist. -
I think people might have more success with this feature request if they found a new name for it.
It seems clear from the previous threads that using the word “Lock “ makes the team at Kemper think in terms of the current purpose and design of the Lock function. Whereas what people seem to be asking for is a fundamentally different feature. Someone needs to come up with a way of describing Preserving Effects Block On/Off Status Between Performance Slots in one or two words without using the word Lock. Not sure what I would call it though.

Effects board mode or EBM.

I don’t know if technicians/programmers working for Kemper even read these posts but if they do I’m pretty confident in that they understand the function we are asking for since it has been described in detail with concrete examples several times.
However, if there is a better describing name for this function, let’s use that instead.
As long as it does the job I’m happy ?
