Yes many of us have experienced this at one time or another. For me, it was my first day with the Kemper, but I haven't seen it since.
You have two options:
1) Send that snapshot to support - create a ticket and when you hear back from them via email you'll be able to attach the picture. There's a direct link in my signature to create a ticket.
2) Press exit to restart and forget it ever happened. If it happens repeatedly or often, then create that ticket.

We Kemperites cannot interpret the error-code messages; they're specific to the Kemper and understandable to the coding team AFAICT, hence the advice to contact support.
If you're happy to go with option #2 'though you could always try to repeat the problem. Personally I'd just go on as-normal, and as I said for option #2, if it happens repeatedly or often, then create the ticket.

I had the same message come up once when saving a rig thru Rig Manager and trying to load the new rig again from RM. I just restarted the profiler and RM and all was fine. I've learned to close and restart RM when doing this. I could not find a "refresh" button.
