I just bought a Kemper Remote, connected to an unpowered Profiler Head. I also connect through a Kemper Kabinet.
I am getting this error:
!! Error this unit does not have a mac address!!
I have reached our Kemper Support but have not heard back yet. Hopefully soon.
I have confirmed all software is up to date.
I tried a new ethernet connection.
The last I saw any mention of this error was several years ago and no threads showed a resolution, that I saw.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
