Kemper will not delete profiles!

    I habe 1000 rigs/profiles on my Kemper. Ive spent hours erasing rigs with The Rig Manager and on the unit its self. Then when I turn off my Kemper and come back and turn it on my Kemper tells me I still have 1000 rigs. None of the rigs I spent hours erasing were erased! 95% of the rigs and profiles on this thing are shit and I cant get rid of them. Please help! Thanks!

    Are you erasing rigs in RM under the folder "My Profiler (999)" ? It takes quite a bit of time to erase 20 rigs at once since RM will re-sync with the Profiler after each batch erase.


    Are you using the most current version of RM and Profiler OS?

    Do the opposite: Copy in a folder the rigs you want, run a factory reset (factory rigs will be re-loaded) and copy back the rigs you wanted to keep. Lot faster then going 1 by 1
