I have upgraded my Stage to OS 10 and downloaded rig manager update 3.4.42 but now my stage is not recognised by Rig Manager. Has anyone else got this problem?

Disconnect the usb cable, restart the Stage and connect again. For me it has worked
Tried that with no success, this happened once before was rectified in later updates. Looks like I'll have to a wait bit !

Same here with a MacBook Air with M2 Chip.
I have the same effect but I think it's not a problem of RM 3.4.42 but OS10.
When I have OS 9.0.8.46641 and RM 3.4.42 on Kemper, everything works fine, but when I update the OS to version 10, it immediately stops communicating. I noticed that then Windows doesn't see the profiler in device manager, which rather indicates a problem with the USB in OS10
When I load back from pendrive OS 9.0.8 USB communication returns

Please install Profiler OS Beta 10.1.1 and let us know if your issue persists.
Unfortunately, the problem persists after updating to 10.1.1.
With the Kemper connected, the Macbook doesn't see any connection to any of its USB ports.

still persists for me as well. Even did full factory reset but no change. rig manager doesn't recognise stage. nothing is macOS or windows. 2021 MacBook Pro M1
