Compressor with wet/dry mixer in the kemper effect library or from 3rd party?

    Hello, had yesterday a workshop and we came to discuss about compressors for guitars and enhanced the advantage to have also a mixer to blend the dry signal with the wet compressed signal to keep a sweet genuine tone of the guitar alive. It was an interesting experience.

    I wonder if there is such a compressor in the Kemper effect library or as 3rd party profile (to use in an effect slot). I was thinking about the Origin recreation of the 1176 Studio Compressor or the Wampler Ego.

    What would you suggest?

    As Kellerblues said, the mix knob does that already. The Kemper compressor is based on the Dynacomp/Ross pedal compressors which I don’t really like so an improved compressor that could mimic something like my Cali76 would be very much welcomed though but the mix control already facilitates parallel compression.

    That's why I have a Cali76 on my satellite board

    If something is too complicated, then you need to learn it better
