Try this, in the X or MOD slot (you want the harmonies to be generated AFTER the amp, so it sounds more like multiple guitars and amps) :
Harmonic Pitch:
+3 , -4 , Key: Bb/Gm , Balance (0) , Mix 50%
Thank you. This seems to be pretty close.

You're welcome! The studio version is several guitars, and the various parts have different start and end times, notes held in different places. So, the pressure is off, in terms of playing the exact same parts. It can't be done:)
So, play the melody of the solo ( that was his live approach) and you'll be good with something similar to the suggestion.

That's what I have done. Concert is next week, I should be in good shape! Thanks to all for the help!
Let us know how it goes- it sounds like a lot of fun:)
No need to wait. Public betas of the KPA are very stable.
Agree, after our private beta no bugs survives....
Bump...
More lessons please.
Guitartone,
Are you loking for a particular sound?
I just love all of the new Pitch fx options. I created a cool patch using the chromatic pitch stomp with a +12 and a +24 voice with the mix really high and the ducking pretty high too. When I play soft it sounds like an organ or strings but when I dig in it sounds like my guitar until it decays and then turns into the organ sound again. You can hear what I did here:

Hey use like this way that POG
With the POG you can add a sub octave, +1 octave, +1 octave detuned, +2 octaves and +2 octaves detuned.
Sub0-octave slide to 60%, the rest to 55%. LPF mode on 2.

Wow, sounds awesome.

Not specifically, just some interesting Rigs with cool sounds like the one 'lonestargtr' just posted.

You can use any amp tone you like but here are my fx settings:
Thanks for posting your settings
I've been using the negative ducking settings to add in effects when I dig in (it is a great way to dynamically add harmony guitar parts to specific notes when playing solos) , but really I like your "make them all go away" approach with these organ FX , too.
Thanks for all of the tips. There really is a lot to dig in to in the pitch effects on the KPA.
After using them since the beta, I'm finally ready to part with my beloved POG2. From doing a lot of A/B testing between the POG and the Kemper pitch effects, I really do think the Kemper effects have a more natural tone for harmonic guitar effects, and the way-out stuff is great as well. The POG is great, but everything usually still has a bit of that organ-like undertone.
If you have some POG-style effects to share, I'm sure people would like to give them a try
