went to website says 7,7 instead of 5,5
do not worry, just click, you have to confirm it, the reduction appears in the next window ...
And now with a new button!

It's quite heavy, yes. But since I'm even heavier and being used to Gibson Les Paul (without weight relief) ... it's fine.
Well well, i play excusively on maple necks, laquered or not, i prefer non-laquered necks, anyway this is one of the best sounding guitars
i have ever played.
We've just finished profiling the Steve Stevens Friedman SS-100. It sounds fantastic!
Profiles will be available soon.

Ha! Good News!
G&L Legacy Special with mighty blade buckers and the fantastic Dual-Fulcrum vibrato.
Finally I understand why they call G&L the "better Fender"
A Beauty! But it's so heavy, isn't it?

Well, I could not resist...
I've ordered the profiles!
I'll let you know next week about the band rehearsal results.
All the best!
Yo, thanx man, i will post videos of our big rehearsal which takes place on tuesday, on wednesday on youtube. using only plexi#5 and #7. stay tuned.
Tricky little amp you got
Goodness, what a hassle. Glad it works now. I used my Soldano's FX without any problems from day one.
I must say, quite impressive, Geraldo. I definetely vote for A. It is more in the front and more fat, whereas B appears a bit muffled and the reminders do not appeal at all, they sound hesitent?!?!?
Well done.
You did this with your HB axe?
Nope, with my Harley Benton 189.- Euro guitar. Telecaster. Doubled the riff, left SC neck, right SC bridge.
A and B appear to be more in the face. B is a good studio profile, while A is Geraldo's work. cheers
And here is something sweet:

Our friends in Ibbenbüren can play. That is definetely a plus here! They show a lot of the versality of the amps and the sound is much much better
than the other one. Still the real strength of the Frieds is live. Havent met anyone who says he is sad to have spent that lot of money for them.
Compare PT20 and BE100

Haha. This riff is a good example that you can ruin even the best amps. My soldano cheap china version would sound the same here. really.
they all sound the same here IMHO. must be the setting. playing also is so-so. but thx for posting, Armin
Hi Geraldo, its def. A for me too. B is near by but it has more hights. Realy loud A is better.
Cheers
Frank
May i jubilate and say this made my day? I use A in my rehearsals and i play dropD Rammstein-Riff-style. believe it or not.
Here is my band, only snippets, more to come
Roll up, roll up and support Geraldo, folks!
I hereby vouch personally for the integrity of the man. His efforts are genuine and ongoing, so let's try not to let this thread get buried too deeply in the avalanche of new vendors' works. Geraldo knows the Kemper pretty damned well after 5 years, and based on my private dealings with him, it's obvious he's on a mission to attain 100% accuracy / perfection.
IMHO, we shouldn't allow ourselves to take gems such as him for granted!
"Who am I to disagree?" (Eurythmics -- Sweet Dreams {are made of this}).
Thanx, Nicky
Can't pull up second test
Works on Windows with Firefox, Chrome AND Opera here. IE not, maybe because it does not eat waves?
Sorry for this! But here is a mp3 version of this.
Be sure i stay tuned!
Looking forward to non normalized recording.
Cheers
Frank
Your wish is my command. Here is the second blindfold test. Almost every track was at -1db. did not touch the exported file except fade in and out.
So, IMHO i do not hear much of a difference. C is a desaster still. D is okay, but i do not like it. B is good, maybe a hair "better" than A, but long story short
I prefer A. what da ya think. for better compariing both verison of the reamped riff
BLINDFOLDTEST 1 ---- normalised
Blindfoldtest 2 --- maxxed in the KPA and recorded at almost red. Wave file!
Those are in the Top Ten (all-time), maybe Top 5.
