This would be cool. And now that I know new KPA pedal will not have MIDI , I'm looking for something more then my FCB1010/UNO pedal

That sounded excellent, and was played superbly

Only because he got caught, before he could "cough up" a commercial pack for sale

Just stupid comments and very undeserving. Bravo for your finesse

Gizmo, I like your modified FCB, how did you wire in the Roland EV5

It's in the system settings, I don't remember which page so just click over using page buttons

Still don't understand what the culprit was and the default setting of 1. Calibration should make sure heel down is 0 and to down is 127. am I missing something?
When I loaded the MIDI sysex from the pedal into the Ripwerx programmer, It showed a low setting of 1. I changed this to "0" on all patches and it cured it, when I reloaded the MIDI sysex back into the FCB.I had never changed these settings from when I origionaly installed the UNO chip and guess that it just allways at "1" and it was never an issue befor. Anyway it works now

FCB1010/uno works just fine

Solved the pedal pitch not working.
I recalibrated the FCB pedals a couple of times to no avail, while waiting for a response from Kemper support.I got a very quick response from Burkhard ( thank you very much)on the matter. He pointed out that the pedal must start off at "0" to activate pedal pitch, which makes perfect sense but I had not read that anywhere.
So I recalibrated carefully again and again no worky.
I later hooked up FCB to Ripworx programmer and discovered the pedal had a default setting of "1" changed this to "0"and problem solved'..... Now I'm a happy camper er/ KempererThanks to all that tried to help and thanks to Burkhard for the all important info on having to start at zero. Saved me tearing open my FCB

Well for me, like alot of others here I've been waiting for the controller, but if it truly will not have multichannel MIDI control It just won't work for my setup.
I also don't know If I am alone in that a looper is of no use to me either.
I just want a 1 pedal soloution that will seamlessly contol my Lunchbox and my Gr55, or IPad/laptop, or something else. -
Well If I can figure out how, I guess i'll open a support ticket. I have no problem with the FCB1010 working the wa settings. But the pitch setting does not work. I have 2 rigs that both have the pitchpedal set to -12 . With the effect turned on and the pedal set wah to pich it just doesn't work..

Bluesman, This was a great post and is pretty telling about us guitar players

As I said earlier the KFC will not send MIDI but you will be able to control other MIDI devices thru the KPA which has MIDI out.
Hope, you're wrong. If it can't controll at least 1or 2 other MIDI deviced independently , It will not work for me

I haven't used rig manager yet , because i'm just setting up my new Mac. You may be able to inport them with rig manager on your computer, other wise you can only import from USB stick
