Hey everybody ,
I use a FB1010 with the Uno4kemper Chip installed and i'm pretty happy with it but the floorboard is way to big and it's a pain when i have to fly ! Any suggestion for a small midi floorboard that works well with the Kemper ?
Cheers

I would definitely recommend the Magnum 44 , it sounds beast.. and it's very light and small.
The only thing i don't like about it it's the lack of a standby - power off button , so every time you want to switch off/ on you have to unplug it from the power outlet , but that doesn't really affect on the quality of the product. -
If you ever find a videoclip of a HOP live show where you used that profile I´d love to see it!Here you go : ( it is what it is of course , don't expect a crystal clear sound )

Hey everybody , it's been a while since i do a post here in the forum.
I wanted to share with you guys some profiles i have done with my kemper at my bass player studio ( https://www.facebook.com/kickstudios ) , you can find all the profiles i've done under the name Hour of Penance . The cool thing about this profiles is that we used two microphones ( an I5 and the SM57 ) blending their signals with a custom little box , you might want to give them a try they sounds great to me.As above the amps we profiled are :
ENGL POWERBALL 2 + Keeley modded ibanez TS9 / Cab with V30 ( high gain )
EVH 5150 III + Keeley modded ibanez TS9 / Cab with V30 ( high gain )
RANDALL WARHEAD + Keeley modded ibanez TS9 / Cab with V30 ( high gain )
MARSHALL JCM 800 ( original model from the 80's ) + Keeley modded ibanez TS9 / Cab with V30
MARSHALL JCM 800 Crunch ( original model from the 80's ) / Cab with V30Cheers , hope you enjoy the profiles.

i think we might be able to run the application running Wineskin - it's a Windows library emulator , i used it to run a lot of application inside the Mac Os.
I've tried to install the Rig manager through Wineskin but it only works if the installation file is in exe and the one provided by the Kemper guys is the .msi . Would you mind sharing the whole folder of the installed Rigmanager ? i can try and see if i can open it through wineskin without installing it.
it would be easier for everybody to use it through wineskin while we wait for the mac version of the Rig Manager -
I'd go for the Namba bag , i've got one that i use when i fly with the Kemper , 8kg in total so i can carry it on the plane with me and it's rock solid.
For the "regular" use i've got a 6U rack , i've removed the rubber feet of the Kemper and mounted it on a rack-shelve with holes ( i bought that on amazon for 15€ , it's under "server items" ) and i've got room also for the power amp.. i found this solution more useful than the thon case because you can leave all your cables plugged already.. -
All the cables were ok , today it works fine , apparently it was just a momentary issue ( i hope )

Hey everybody ,
I'm currently on tour and i'm using the Kemper for a while now , usually i go straight to the PA and use the wedges as monitors when the Venue has a decent pa and monitors , when i'm not i plug the Monitor out to my mesa 20/20 and use the regular cabinet as monitor ( with the CAB off turned ) .. problem is that when i do that and i plug also the XLR to one of the master output the Monitor output doesn't work.. it's like one out exclude the other .. did any of you guys have experienced that ? Thanks in advance -
Hmmm...that's interesting. It would mean another cable running to my board. But it's do-able.
I just thought it would be nice to be able to reassign in case one isn't a heavy wah or pitch user. I use the delay mix thing more than even the volume pedal.
You can assing the Delay mix to one of your expression pedal by going to the System Tab , there's a dedicated menu for the expression pedal when you set the effect you want on each pedal

You can disable the Cabinet in the master section only for the Monitor output as far as i know

bigb6611: you're right. The luchbox' height of 21.4cm does require 5U. I did my measurements on a custom-built rack that originally was equipped with a power-supply and thus 3/4U higher than a normal 6U unit.
hey man , would you share a picture of your rack ? i'm planning to get a custom rack too for the Kemper ( i have the lunchbox too )+ other rack units .. Thanks !

For musicians who have to go touring with cheap airlines, the importance of light-weight touring is underestimated in the Kemper product line. The toaster is cute but bulky and the rack is practical but even more bulky. Don't even dream of adding a KFC without paying overweight on every trip.
The toaster fits perfectly in a small trolley ( without the hard case of course ).

Is any information available when the performance mode will show up?
B.t.w. I think it is not ok to offer a feature, which is not available!
I read in another thread that will be out this month with the 2.0 firmware plus the release of the Beheringer FB1010 KPA chip
