the monitor outputs deliver an unbalanced line-level signal which is suitable for active monitors, power amps, mixing desks, and audio interfaces. You would only need a Di box if you plan to have very long cable runs. In a normal recording setup, you do not need any DI box to connect the monitor outputs to a mixer.

Be nice if customer support ever got back to my about the DOS power supply.
I cannot find any tickets for the email address or serial number that you have registered in your account. If you used the contact form in the support section of our website please send us a message and make sure to select "product support inquiry" as the feedback type.

My question is if you can use 1 profile in my back and 2 profile send to PA.
The correct answer that was already given to you is: no-that is not possible.

here is a video that shows how it works:

BTW, the Black Lion 2x2 has SPDIF in/outs.
of course it does-otherwise the OP could not connect it to the Profiler. But looking at the online reviews it seems that these do not count as "additional" inputs and outputs but merely act as a digital version of the 2 analog ins and outs. Unfortunately, the only manual that I could find is a quick start that does not address this topic.

Dragging a rig from the local library to one of the 50 memory locations in the Player is the correct way to import a rig into the Player.
Kemper Generic is the default tone stack for any non-liquid profiling rig. It does not reflect the actual amp profile.
If you encounter a difference in sound it is probably caused by the fact that the Player is only offering 4 instead of 8 effects and that the list of available effect types is smaller on the Player.
-
you can assign each of the 4 effects to one of the FX buttons and assign it to one of the effect switches. Start with Stomp A to FX 1 and assign it to effect switch I, then assign Stomp B to FX1 and assign it to effect switch II, then assign Delay to FX1, and so forth
-
The remote pedal inputs can only be used with expression pedals or footswitches.
If you want to use a pedal to control the volume I would recommend the Dunlop DVP because it has a much wider sweeping range compared to the Mission.
-
you can do it on the hardware by pressing the FX button and the switch, similar to the way you would do it on a Stage or Remote.
-
if you assign the FX buttons to the virtual effects switches I-IIII you can control their state by sending CC#75-CC#78

check the output source settings for the outputs that you use for monitoring in the output menu and make sure to select Master Stereo or Master Mono.

I have no personal experience with the Black Lion interface but looking at some of the reviews on the net it seems that it is strictly a 2 in and 2 out interface. For reamping you need an interface with at least 3 outputs to send the DI on a separate output.
-
reamping works the same on every Profiler that supports SPDIF. The names of the output sources were changed a while ago in an update from Git/Analog to DI Low and from Git Studio to DI High for all models that run that version.
If your interface does not pick up the SPDIF signal make sure that you have connected the output of the Profiler with the input of your audio interface with a coaxial cable and either set your interface to be the clock slave or set the clock mode in the Stage to Auto.
Select the SPDIF input in the input menu and the desired output source for the SPDIF output in the output menu.
For reamping, you need to connect the Profiler and your interface with 2 coaxial cables.
-
simply connect the monitor output of the first Profiler with the return input of the second Profiler and set the desired volume on the Aux in page in the output menu of the second Profiler
-
it depends on what you want to achieve. Rig Manager will not work since the iOS version requires a wireless connection but you can use the Player as an audio interface over USB.
-
from the manual: you can find this function in the system menu on the user interface page.

what version of profiler must I dowengrade to communicate with rig manager 3.27???
the info is on the same page from where you downloaded the 3.2.7 and the matching kaos.bin was part of the download
-
you can reinstall 10.2.2 by downloading it from our website and putting the kaos.bin on a USB stick.
Only rigs that were made with a version after 8.7.20 will not be compatible with RM 3.2.7
If you want to have full access to all rigs you need to run the latest version of RM and the Profiler OS and update your Windows to the latest built.
-
64 bit, manually updated profiler to 10.9
the latest OS version for the Profiler Head, Rack, and Stage models is 10.2.2. 10.9 is for the Player model only.

are you getting the message that Rig Manager cannot start due to missing components?
That would point to an issue with your Windows install. Please try to update Windows to see if that will fix the issue.
