I have my own cloud server because of my business
I have two web sites on my cloud server and don't share it with any others
It is pricey compared to shared hosting
About $150 a month for a private cloud server
But none of the headaches of being on a public shared server

Thanks, I never really did anything with all the music I wrote
I did it it all for my own amusement mostly
The music bidness always turned me off
Mostly because I did business with some big name bands and got to hear all the wonderful tales of how they got the shaft

Here comes another weird movie soundtrack tune I wrote.
Most likely inspired by some residue still lurking in my brain from the good ole days

I wrote this tune quite a while ago
I dug it up out of my vaults and re-mixed it cause it has stuck in my brain for many years
It's mostly synths, but there are Kemper guitar sounds in it also
The guitar sounds fit the weird soundscape tune that it is.

Feel free to conjure up any sort of weird movie scene images you like.
Curious as to what images this tunes dredges up from the deep
It features a shotgun blast to kick in the main melody

Headphones recommended because I spend a bunch of time on making sounds move around

Ok, I figured out all the crap I had screwed up whist sucking down the suds yesterday
First and foremost, I was overdriving the soundcard inputs

Next, somehow I had managed to add some compressors and limiters here and there that sounded like crap

Try this mix guys
I think this one is pretty good

FYI, that is a mini moog doing the bass lines
I was trying to get a violin type tone from the Kemper.
It's not bad, I can live with it

Morning after beer session mix ideas

I will probably re-do the guitar sound
It's too distorted in places
Some fills are too loud

LOL, you got that right

I just counted
That was a 6 beer mix

This is a tune called Queen of spades
This tune is in a scale called the Jewish Scale (That is the real scale name)
It's a pretty cool sounding scale

I also mess around with Tablas, Sitars and Tanpuras
Love the sound of Indian instruments and percussion

So I mixed some Indian percussion and instruments with the jewish scale melody
This is just a Sunday Afternoon beer drinking mix
Several beers into it, I realized I should just stop
I left the drunken beer mix down below just for some entertainment purposes

I used a Kemper profile that I thought sounded like it might fit into this type of tune

I did another demo tune with the new Spring Reverb

I used a backing track that had the drums, bass and vocals
The vocals are bit shaky on this, but it will have to do

The spring verb was set for some nice background drips/splashes

I used Jazz-O-Caster 2 and my JS2400 on this tune

Yeah, it's really good once you do some dialing in

I have been working on tube gear for many years
Since the 90's
Fender 6G15 reverb unit's themselves are hit or miss in the tone department

The Kemper spring reverb is pretty good
Good enough to say that I would not carry a 6G15 reverb tank and an amp anywhere and hope for the best on any given night

Why bother when you have a rock steady tone coming out of the Kemper
