If you connect only the Kone speaker to the input jack then technically yes it will work but it will sound terrible. You wouldnt put a Greenback or V30 into a PA cab and expect it to sound good. It needs a guitar cab designed for guitar speakers.
This is true, you are fully right. Maybe I should wait or mount the speaker in a Palmer or a Harley-Benton box but not in the PA cab. Thank you.

At the moment(31 May 2020) only the loudspeaker is available for ordering, the cabinet requires some more patience.
As alternative I want to mount the Kone loudspeaker in the FRFR cabinet I am actually using (ElectroVoice ELX112). This cabinet one has also a 1.5" tweet speaker.
My question: Will this replacement work or I have to remove the 1.5 inch speaker or disconnect it?

And you printed yourself the Kemper Logo, because it seems the real one? Very cool. That's why I asked actually :-).
The cabinet is at the moment not available, only the speaker can be ordered, so I think of taking a Palmer empty cabinet or something simillar and mount the Kone speaker into it.

The open back cabinet is the original from Kemper or you have built it yourself? I 've seen only closed cabinets on the Kemper site and in the online musichops.
With the Beta Version 3.0.89, there is no delete performances menu option under My Profiler rather there is an "Initialize Performance".
I have about 75 empty New Performance till the last 125th that I want to remove. I don't recall if it was always like that brcause now I use the 3 Beta.
Trying to import a performance from the local library to the profiler increased the number of performances to 126 which caused a freeze of the kemper. Maybe this is a bug,

Since I had some time the last weeks I set up a spread sheet for every song in ForScore and rearranged my performances in the kemper for a 4 hour set of my coverband. We played our first show two weeks ago and it was so much fun controlling the performance for each song by using the forscore app. Never been that organised before!
For every last gig I had to sort the performances in the right order to match the setlist. Now it does not matter at all in which order we rearrange our setlist. Just drag and drop in the app and I am ready to rock.
One more thing: since I am the only person in the band now using an app like forscore everyone is now asking me for bringing my iPad when we meet to discuss new songs or if we discussed a new setlist

And btw: I use an iPad. What really helps, too, is linking every spread sheet of a song to the media library so that you can bring up the original song fast in the rehearsal room.
Coming up next since we are building an in ear rack at the moment: using an external controller (notebook I assume) to control bpm for each song and play click and trigger delay tap.
Hi, this seems great! I already got the Yamaha MD BT01 and will try to configure ForScore before our next gig.
I have some questions, regarding the ForScore usage you described if you don't mind.
Do you send only thePerformance Number change from the ForScore, the Slot number or both, and do you still use a remote controller?
For instance when you flip in the ForScore app to a certain page where the solo begins can you switch to the "Lead" slot? This seems a little too complex for me. Actually I would only send the performance number when switching to a new song in ForScore and choose the slots using the remote. In fact I don't know if ForScore can send MIDI messages also when flipping the pages in a pdf file.

It's using Mod "Air Chorus"
I click to change it to "Rotary Speaker" and up the volume a bit. Sounds great.
I then click on the bottom right "Store Performance in #13"
It doesn't stick. I go to another perf/rig and come back, and perf 13/rig 3 is back to "Air Chorus".
If I do this on the Kemper, it sticks.
What am I doing wrong or missing?
Saving of performance changes seem not to work at the moment. At least I noticed it too.

Confirm No saving of changes, but also haven't noticed the Slot 5 switch you heve experienced.I use a toaster.
RM 3 didn't see the new OS Beta 7.17 , even when hitting check fór software updates,
it says RM is up to date but nothing about the Profiler, which has 7.16
Had to install 7.17 manually via USB Stick, would be nice if this will work like in the former Version
Can confirm that the new RM does not update the Kemper OS. You have to do it with the USB stick.
The installation worked with no problems on Windows 10.

Yes I can confirm this problem. Windows 10 User.
If I'm not wrong a performance slot is a rig. When you switch the Browse button in performance mode you actually choose a rig for your slot.
So in order to copy a rig to another slot just copy the slot to another slot. Activate the slot (with the remote or on the front panel with the left-right RIG buttons) press Copy, switch to the slot where you want to paste and press PASTE button. You will have now two identical slots in your performance, so it makes sense to tweak one of them unless you really need two identical slots.
Hey, I have a problem. I've downloaded .zip and when I try to import wah settings it says no import necessary. I have kemper updated to the latest version. And I don't have those settings in my Kemper. Anybody had similar problem ?
Hi, I had the same issue as yours. Because I had 999 rigs loaded on my Kemper it was not possible to load others kipr files. I removed some of the rigs and then everything worked. See also my answer from the 4th of June to this thread.

Did you see the factory-wah Presets? If so, they should be adjacent to them due to the manner in which they've been named, as outlined in the documentation.

No need to be sorry mate; at least you tried to look for an answer first, something some peeps don't do. If you followed the procedure I documented, it should work. The reason you "couldn't find any answer to it" is because it's "foolproof" and AFAIK nobody's ever had an issue with the import.
Thank you for your gentle replies. Now I found the answer! I was having 999 rigs on my profiler, and after removing some of them the import functioned as described. I know there is a limit of 999 rigs, but was not aware that this consideres also the presets. Maybe this helps someone else other so eager like me to have all presets on the toaster.

Hi, I followed the instructions in the rtf file in order to load the Wah-Setting from zhe zip file attached to this thread.
Copied the Stomp Folder with the content from the unzipped folder to the shared Folder in the root of an USB Stick, then imported the USB stick through the Import function of the Kemper. At the end nothing happenned, the message was all rigs are present. I still can't see the new Wah-Settings after choosing a Wah Wah Pedal and than rotating the Presets knob. I have the Version 6.0 of the OS. What do I do wrong?

How to upload the presets to your KPA
Plug a Kemper-formatted USB stick into your computer.
Extract the contents of the .zip file linked to above.
Copy the "Shared" folder to the root level of the USB stick.
Eject the USB stick, wait 5 seconds and remove it from your computer.
Power up your KPA, insert the USB stick and wait 5 seconds for the soft-key "External Storage" option to appear.
Press the following soft keys in the order presented:
External Storage
Import / Export
Import
The process should only take about 6 seconds, after which you’re prompted to hit “OK”. Do so.
Press “Exit” twice to back out of the “External-Storage” dialogues, or just press a stomp slot for a second.
Press a Stomp slot for a second if you haven’t already.
Select Wah as the effect using the Type knob.
Browse the presets using the Browse knob.
Talk box presets are prefixed with the letters “WVOW” as they employ the vowel-shaping model.
All conventional-wah presets are prefixed with the letters “WW”, so they appear at the beginning of the factory-wah selections in the list.
Touch-wah presets are prefixed with the letters “WWAH” and begin with the word “Touch” so that they appear neatly alongside the factory ones.

It happened to me twice. Now I was able to reproduce the problem and at least now I know I have to press only one button at a time to avoid deadly "Ctrl-Atl-Canc" alike combinations.
Hi, I have experienced the same problem twice and once in a live gig. 
I found msyelf, after klicking next performance on the remote, to perf. number 125 (the last one).Till I have realised that and turned back to desired perf. 22 by using the knob the song was almoust over. Without me.
The second time it happenned during a rehearsal. I thought it was an unknown feature and by moving the volume pedal you can scroll faster through performances but this was not true.
Still wondering what happenned.
Hi The Player, I encountered the same problem these days. It was working well the weeks before, suddenly I hear both sounds together in the main Outpout and in the monitor.
I returned to the previous stable version of the OS as I have loaded a beta recently but the same problems. It seems, but I might be wrong that when I am not using the Rig Manager the problem disappears.
Actually I am testing this at the moment.
Have you found a solution to the problem in the meanwhile?
