I'm a fairly new user but I have found in many cases that the profiles I use with my Strat do not work with my Les Paul or even my mahogany bodied strat, even though they are all passive pickups. So Ii use different profiles with different guitars.

Hi
Never had any type of noise up front or in the loop.
It is a very quiet pedal when not on or active but no feedback being produced.
Mike
Thanks Mike, I am going to try a different power source at my next practice and see if that fixes it.

This post has been dead for awhile but I am getting a high pitch hissing noise when I run this peddle either in from of the Kemper or in the loop. It happens when the pedal is off so I think something is bleeding through it's internal circuit. Has anyone else had this problem? I bought it used so I wonder if mine is just defective.

sstauffer I see 125 slots for performances.. that should be enough for 3 bands right? Just making sure you know there's 125 performance slots - grin...
Normally that would be enough but with one of the bands we have about 65 - 70 songs to pick from on a given night depending on the type of crowd. - It hasn't been an issue yet because the 3rd band only plays about 2 times per year - I like your idea whippingpost91850 - so when you plug the USB in it gives you an option to restore?
-
I can move the performances around up or down one at a time but I can't move more than one and I can't move them out by dragging them to the local library - it makes a copy in the local library but it keeps the copy on the Kemper. The ones I want to delete I change the name back to new performance, it doesn't solve it but at least I know I can use that slot for something else. I am using the new beta version with the latest updates.
The other problem is I play in 2 bands and sometimes a 3rd band. I have one performance per song but between the 2 bands it fills up all of the slots so if I want to play in the third band I have to drag them one at a time. - Not very practical.

Same problem here.

Is this where we actually report glitches? -In the performance mode I am trying to rearrange or move one effect from say the c - location to the a - location - - I can move it, then save performance but if I go to a different performance and come back it goes back to the original spot. My effects are not locked.. Anyone having this problem?

Thanks birdman and dmatthews, I guess you learn something new everyday! I was just thinking about having the Rig Manager up and clicking on the Performance needed per song, but now you both gave me something more to consider.

I was just curious if anyone uses a laptop on stage to run the Rig Manager to select performances. I play in two cover bands and have tried to setup one performance per song. - That is great as long as you stick to the setlist but that never seems to happen and we always keep about 25 songs listed as extras to play to the crowd if needed. I would think it would be easier just to click on the song I need from the laptop rather than trying to scan performance by hand or foot on the Kemper Stage. Now that they have the new Rig Manager I can see even more of an advantage to using a laptop on stage? Please let me know if anyone is doing this now and the pros and cons.

I finally got a chance to test the 108 with my Kemper Stage and I am very happy with it's performance. It has plenty of head room and sounds bigger than it is. For the money I don't think you can go wrong with this speaker. - On a side note the Kemper sounds better through it than my Headrush Pedalboard.
-
I received my 108 and tried it with a Headrush Pedalboard - the first attempt it sounded like it had too much bass, the second time I tried a few different presets and it made a big difference. It seems loud enough to compete with bass and drums and it is very light and compact. I think for practice and home use it works perfectly. I would definitely use it to gig with in a pinch but it really can't compete with the Mission Gemini 2. After I test it with my Kemper Stage I will report back. I plan on keeping it and I might even get another one to run in stereo - but that is probably overkill for what I am using it for. I plan on using it as a monitor in the future too.
-
I bought the Headrush 108 so I'll report back when I get a chance to try it, I really like the Mission Gemini 2 but I wanted another lighter option for practice or jams.

I bought a beautyiful sister for Blacky...
This page is like porn for guitar players, I was going to ask how you like your ESPs but the fact that you bought a second one answers my question! What model are those?
-
I have to set mine around -7 to stop the cleans overpowering the dirty sounds.
So do you lock the clean sense for all rigs or adjust per Rig if needed? I'm still trying to dial in 1 guitar and haven't even started on a second one yet.

All three are nice!!

If I change the amp in any Slot in Performance-Mode (holding Amp- and Cabinet-Button) the name of Amp and Cabinet will be changed. The name is not changed. It would be good, if the name of the original Profil would be the name of the Amp in the slot.
Has anyone a solution?I know that I can change the name in RM. But I don't want to manage these in RM. There must be a solution in KemperStage.
I ran into this as well but I was using the copy and paste option, sometimes it changes the name and sometimes it doesn't. I guess it depends on what kind of mood it is in.
