Been away this weekend, should be able to try tonight.

Anyone have a chance to test the merged profile? Curious to hear some thoughts.
-
Yeah I thought I sounded great.

Sounds great … Love it through my small 2x12 at bedroom Volume. Im going to try it in the rehearsal later. I prefer the bright settings!! Thanks!

Thanks for the merged profile.
I think the first profile is a bit better. The merged seems to have a nasal mid frequency a little above 1kHz (?) that is not there in the first profile. -

I use it from rock'n roll to down tuned Heavy and it clearly does the job each time . The samples features a hi gain guitar with some distortion duncan. Fits the mix also very well as you can hear (all driven rhythm parts are the CCV profiles) . The lead parts were done on a standard Humbucker guitar but with my own profiles ( ATM tweaks by Djemass from my commercial pack)

Excellent profiles, but I agree that the second sounds a bit nasal. Especially with single coils, a tad with humbuckers. Keep it up. Cool amp.

Very cool. Great sounds and playing. Thanks for taking the time!

Did another profiling session over the weekend. Here is a new studio profile of the CCV with the same 57/121 combo, however, this time I hit it with some slight eq tweaks on the way in. My ears are pretty shot at this point but to me it sounds pretty well-balanced with a lot of punch.
Thanks for all the feedback so far. Please keep it coming.

My only thought at this point is... thank you, Webb!
-
Great sound. Thank you!
-
That's a great combination of gnarly and smooth distortion. Thank you!
-
Thanks again.
-
Sounds good. I'm gonna try these when I get off work
-
I've made a new couple of takes with this great CCV ( the heavy driven rhythm double tracked power chords , the ones without Fxes )
I used the 1st profile available in this thread, with a transpose FX, sounds so naaasty this way and cuts the mix with tons of basses (which I did not expect to be so badass)
thx again Webb !
Note to Geraldo ; this is the profile we've been talking about !

Sound really good. I'm at work what transpose effect did you use and what interval
-
I used the usual transpose FX from the KPA , interval minus ... something, you'll have to use your ear Somewhat C
edit : minus 4
I'll test the new merged profile as well , just saw this new one , thx Web !
