dmatthews you mean Ritter Camplifier 280? https://digitalguitargear.com/camplifier-280/ ?
Nope, it's a 290. 2x90w, or 1x180w bridged. Stereo.

Display MoreHi!
The Acoustic Simulator in its first incarnation was done quite a while ago. I have not put a huge emphasis on it, which was a mistake, but maybe not.
When we showed it on the NAMM show, there was an overwhelming interest and feedback for it, also on the social networks, which we did not expect.
At the same time, some of my team (especially Tom from the videos) expressed the potential for further improvements and refinements, which then seemed definitely worth the efforts. So I kicked the ball back to my team.
Give us the time to finish this work
You will like it.
Thanks Christoph, I'm sure I will like it!
What about the amp in the room feeling and how is pushing the air compared to real amp... Thanks
Same question!
Still no Kone available to the Canadian store. I asked the US store if they'd ship to Canada, no reply yet.
Not sure if this was answered before...
- Will the Kabinet work with any of the Camplifier amps for the Toaster?
- Will there be any tonal difference between the Camplifier and the Kemper on-board amp?
- And last, but I guess hard to answer unless you're Christoph Kemper... do we know when the powered Kabinet will be ready?
Not all Camplifiers can handle 4ohms, but I'm told they'll modify yours if you like. Check your manual.
No powered Kabinet was announced that I'm aware of.
you lucky guys,
no separate kone in Europe stores
Same for us Canucks.
Wow, that's $140 CAD less than the Canadian store!
Canada store has the Kabinet available for $810 CAD, 2 or 3 days shipping.
Not sure what you need to do, but check this out...
That sounds freakin' good..
No kidding! Wonder if the Kab/Kone has anything to do with that. Beautiful!
Those who use a Line6 G10 wireless variant, there is a firmware update to fix/prevent overheating while charging!
I just updated mine at home and will do my buddies and mine at the studio on Monday night at practice.
If you've got one, update it.

Yes, Yes and yes....agree with all the last few comments...thought I was on my own
Definitely right there with ya!
Cool.
Let us know how it works out when the time comes.
Will do mate!
is that a good idea?
i thought the XiTone had built in DSP that is optimised for the speaker in it already. If so that is unlikely to be a match for the characteristics of the Kone.I may well be totally wrong on this so maybe someone who understands active speaker design could confirm.
Not sure if it's a good idea or not yet.
That being said, I've researched the amp (Dayton PPA800DSP) used, and it is capable of handling 4ohm.
It also has the 5 variable DSP positions, and although one of the existing positions is flat (FRFR), there is software allowing the manipulation of any/all positions. MBritt had a hand in tailoring 4 of the 5 positions which is why his name went on it.
So... my personal research says it "should" work, but when the Kone is available I'll be contacting Mick Farlow (owner of XiTone) and run the idea by him first.
I have the Friedman ASM-12. From what I read on the kemper site, I can replace the Friedman speaker with the Kone. Anyone else going to do this?
Similar, but I want to try putting a Kone in a XiTone MBritt powered cab.
Couple of hot backup singers I guess.
Same guitar as above and in my profile picture.
Absolutely freaking amazing!
Yeah that's a crazy price. I'd buy the Ritter pedalboard amp over that one without a doubt. Again, it really stinks to have to buy one more clunky thing to lug to a gig instead of just having the Kemper Kab powered.
No worries... just trying to help.
Cheers,
