Could you share any tips on your profiling process, mic positions...etc?Also is there any chance you can get your hands on a Herbert?
Hi!
In the process of profiling have no secrets, it is important to hear the result obtained. Profiles are made in the studio, where there are all conditions. All settings are usually specific to each tone.
Herbert? Why not)QuoteOr a VHT/Fryette Deliverance???
Unfortunately I have no such amplifiers. -
Thanks so much mate, can't wait to hear them!
If you do get a chance could you do a couple with the mid-cut on and off? -

I plan to create a directs profiles in the future, but right now I do not have a passive DIbox. -
Update: I bought dibox, will do merged profile
-
Or would be very nice if you could do more gain stages for people who are not only in the Full Metal Department.

This would be great BUT... I know you are providing these great profiles free and I assume you are sharing the stuff you are making for recording. This is very kind of you. I would also love some mid gain sounds but am more than satisfied with that you have been giving away! -
+1 on mid gain! Love to take medium gain profile and boosting it! Feels so great to play and is a favourite technique of mine for high gain sounds on the Kemper.
All these profiles are excellent. I would pay for heaps more. -
Unfortunately I do not know the specifics of mid gain sound, as always worked only in heavy styles of music, and as a guitarist and as a sound engineer. Small Range gain can be changed with the aid of the relevant regulator or changing the level of the input signal. But I do not think so you can get an acceptable crunch. I think mid gain profiles should make those who are competent in getting the good mid gain tones.
