I just bought a profile on Monday, you get the profiles as soon as you pay, log into your ampfactory account and check your history, there you should see the profile you bought and a link to download.
Btw theampfactory posted on Facebook that their working in fender pack 2, so they still in the business

I´m sure this is just a technical problem. Andy is a great guy and i cannot imagine bad intentions here. Try to contact him directly, he is also quite active at the TGP forum.
I've ordered a few times from him and it's been instant. As stated above, he's a good guy.
Both him and Armin are 'one man bands' though (I believe) so if there is a website issue and they are away on holiday or whatever then I guess this kind of thing can happen.
Try a PM to him on the board here maybe? Frustrating I know but I'm sure it'll come right in the end.

Yep the amp factory is still going and i love the profiles spoke to Andy last nite and all is well i know hes a busy man!!! You should as other members have stated get the profiles as soon as you pay they should be in your account 
I also do not receive an e-mail or a link, but as lightbox said, everything is available in your account history only two seconds after buying.

Ive not been too active here of late, as Ive been really busy. - TAF is still going strong, in actual fact, the new Fender amps just arrived (see facebook) -so this will be sorted out real soon too!.

No problems with a purchase of Andy's JCM800 Hot Mod & Mesa Triple Rec profiles a couple of days ago. All smoothly done via the website; payment made via Paypal with the profiles available in my TAF account and by email within a few minutes. As mentioned, Andy's usually pretty quick on getting back to direct email enquiries if anything goes wrong!
