Hey fellow Kemper users, I just want everyone to know how satisfied I am with my Kemper Profiler. I also had an Issue, and contacted Kemper via email. Matthew Skaggs who handled my issue, completely handled in a quick, direct and professional way. I guess what I am trying to convey, Kemper not only has a great product, they support it with excellent Customer Service. I at one time was a Custormer Service Manager. I am very impressed. Thank You, Matthew Skaggs.

That's great to hear monico1964. To many companies now a days have crap customer service and relations. So I'm glad I own a product by a company with good old fashion service!!!

I have to confirm that, my experience is same, after some issue i had with my unit Kemper support replied to my mail within 20 minutes (!)
since we could not resolve the problem they shipped new unit to my dealer in 5 days!
can you beat that?
