Bought my Kemper in Feb 2012. Worked fine, but I lost several LEDs and my browse knob was getting 'jittery' - it would skip or move in the wrong direction sometimes.
Received an RA# from Kemper, and a prepaid label for shipping - sent it in Monday the 28th.
My Kemper came back to me Monday the 4th - one week to the day from when I sent it off. Everything was fixed - I now have LEDs!
It's funny, I took a Bose Spatial Receiver from the late 70s into a local repair shop to get an estimate on it. Monday the 28th. I still haven't heard back from them.
