can I connect my active bass(with 9v battery inside) into the Input of my KPA?

Hi,

I just have a question of the voltage level of the Input of KPA: all my guitars are passive (without battery inside) and they work well with my KPA, now I want to try if I can connect my bass into KPA, my bass has active output(with 9v battery inside the bass), could you tell me if it is OK to connect active bass with the Input of my KPA? Thanks!

same as any amp....I'd start with the master volume and volume low though !

I've done it and I have to turn down Clean Sense in the Input stage all the way (-12dB). And even then I can easily make the input LED turn red.
So be prepared to add a compressor even before the Kemper input to tame the extreme dynamics you can get from a bass (especially active ones).
